We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Ellis & Brooke purchase.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where applicable.

To arrange a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
